Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to the buyers who make a purchase at www.shianglungseafood.my



Buyers are required to provide us the following information for delivery purpose:

  • Recipient's name.
  • Recipient's full address.
  • Recipient's contact number.
  • Buyer's email address - for account registration purpose, to receive update on the order details. 



The buyer is responsible to ensure that the information required is accurate & complete before proceeding with the order. Orders will be delivered to the exact delivery address that the buyer has provided.

*Please note that changes of the address is not allowed once the order has been confirmed.



Orders are delivered by 3rd party logistic providers according to their terms. The logistic providers do not represent Shiang Lung Supply.



The delivery time is subject to the terms of our logistic partners. Standard delivery time needed is 7-14 working days with local logistic partner. In the event of the need to use foreign logistic provider, standard delivery time needed is 14 or more working days, which will be clearly specified upon checkout.



The delivery fee is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.



In the event of recipient is not physcially present to receive the items, items will only be left at the delivery designated area, with the consent of the recipient / someone acting on the recipient's behalf.

We will not take any responsibility for the item's condition once the item is left at the delivery/consented/requested place.



Recipient/someone who act on behalf of the recipient is responsible to check the items whether it's in good condition upon items receipt. 

*A photo(proof of damage) is required when damage is found on the spot upon items receipt.

We reserves all right to reject the case if a proof of damage is not provided.

Please notify us within 3 hours of item receipt of any damage resulting from the delivery with an image of damage items.

We will evaluate and investigate the matter, and make decision after taking into account all relevant factors.



In the event of recipients are uncontactable/unreachable, the assigned logistic provider will attempt the delivery again according to their terms, or a rearrangement of delivery with the recipient, whichever that is applicable.
