Refund policy

1. All sale and promotional-priced items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. No order cancellation allowed once order has been placed and processed.

3. Only defected non-promotional items are allowed for refund or exchange.

4. Kindly contact us via WhatsApp(keep this auto link to whatsapp) or email to sales@shianglungseafood.com.my for refund/ exchange request with the following details:
-Contact Number
-Order Number
-Photos of the defected item
-Reason of Refund’/Exchange request

5. Note that we will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. 

6. Once the defected item is received, we will proceed with refund/exchange within 3 working days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
